We do not accept standard returns or exchanges based on change of mind. Acualux operates a pre-order model of the highest personalisation: every piece is cut and finished to your individual measurements, including height and hem preference above, at, or below the knee.

Before shipping, each garment passes through an extremely rigorous manual quality review. Any production inconsistency is corrected, adjusted, or the piece is entirely remade, ensuring your look arrives impeccable.
